OUR SALON POLICIES

PLEASE read all of our policies prior to booking your appointment for a smooth booking experience.

Cancellations

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% your scheduled service. Emergencies happen and there are some exceptions. No call/no shows will be charged the full price of the appointment with the card on file. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of their service price. If you wish to reschedule, that fee may be used towards your next appointment.

Card on File

All clients are required to put a card on file at the time of booking their appointment. This card does not get charged unless you no-show your appointment.

Appointment Tardiness

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a cancellation may be implemented. A notice would be appreciated and your service may be altered. Please plan accordingly as we book specific time for your appointment.

Refund Policy

This salon does not offer refunds. Please speak to your stylist for more information. If you would like your hair adjusted, you have one week (7 days) until after your appointment to reach out to your stylist. Adjustments must be with the same stylist. If it is past this point, your adjustment product or service will be charged.
